Annual Staff

The annual staff will be selling annuals April 2-6. The cost of a regular annual is $ 35. You can contact me (Mrs. Taylor) if you’re not sure if you have ordered one. Field day will be Thursday, April 19th, this year. We are tentatively scheduled to be off Friday, April 20th. Field day is a fund raiser for the annual staff.  I hope parents will mark their calendars and come out and have lunch with us. Our biggest money maker is our concession stand.

The Varsity and Junior High softball seasons are underway. Our JV has only played one game so far, but the Varsity is in full swing.  We are currently 6-1 and a 2-0 area record after beating Evangel in a doubleheader on Tuesday.  We are hoping to repeat as area champions for the third time in a row this year and play in the state tournament. We have set high goals and hope to reach them. Please come out and support us. We have five very dedicated seniors who are doing well. Thanks, Coach Brandi Fuller

During the month of February we predicted if Punxsutawney Phil would see his shadow on Groundhog Day. We learned that our predictions don’t always come true. Our seniors helped us make Valentine Hands, and we wrote all the people and things we are thankful for. We also enjoyed making Valentine Cards for the nursing home patients. On February 4th we attended a program with the Dental Monkey. We really loved brushing his teeth. We finished the month by celebrating Dr. Seuss’ birthday. We listened as Mrs. Donna Howard read I Can Read with My...

Chambers Academy Family, We are excited to announce that we have been working hard over the last few months to completely redesign our website! It will have a completely new look with updated pictures and several new features. This has been a work in progress since Christmas Break, and we hope to publish the new site over Spring Break!
